If you have seen the connection issue lights during the set-up, you may need to safelist your Hub so that it can connect to your Wi-Fi. 

Here are some steps to add a MAC address to a router so that it becomes safelisted

1. Open a web browser and enter your Wi-Fi router's IP address in the address bar.
2. Log in to the router using the default username and password, which is usually "admin".
3. Go to the Wireless or Security or Access settings page, then Wireless MAC Filtering or MAC Access.
4. If MAC addresses are filtered, click Add New.
5. Enter the MAC address of the device you want to add e.g. for moggiebase-A1B2C3D4E5F6 the MAC address would be A1:B2:C3:D4:E5:F6 (Your Hub name will show during the set-up or under Manage Devices on the menu. You can also find it using your bluetooth connection settings.)
6. Provide a description for the device.
7. Click Save or OK.
