What do the device lights mean?Updated 21 days ago

Tracker lights: 

No light 
Tracker is unplugged





Solid light
Tracker is fully charged and ready to go





Slow breathing light 
Tracker is charging / transferring data 






Fast flashing light 
Tracker is on shipping mode (not connected or charging - make sure your Hub is set up first then select Add Tracker from the Manage Devices menu)






Hub lights: 

Solid light 
Hub is connected






Fast flashing 
Hub has been reset ready to connect to Tracker





Slow breathing light
Data is being transferred





Blinking light
Connection issues - please check your Wi-Fi settings
