The fastest way to reset your Hub is to power cycle, i.e. unplug it, wait 10 seconds, and replug which will reset it.
Alternatively, you can navigate to the app menu and click Manage devices, and follow the instructions: you will need to press and hold the button on the side of the Hub until the light turns off and then starts flashing fast (see device lights) to ensure it is searching for connection.
The light should be solid white once reconnected, and there should be a green dot for your Hub on the Manage devices page.
