How do I know if my devices are connected?Updated 18 days ago

Once set up and connected, your Hub should show a green dot 🟢 on the devices menu in the app. If it shows a red dot 🔴 this means something is wrong with the data connection, and you might need to check your settings or repeat the 'add hub' steps to make sure it's online. You should also see a solid white light on the Hub itself. 

Your cat's Tracker will show a green dot 🟢 on the app if there has been a recent data connection, or red dot 🔴 if the connection was more than 2 hours ago. Don't worry, it doesn't mean your cat is disconnected - if they're near the Hub the next time it 'pings' the Tracker for data, this will update automatically. (This is why we recommend leaving the Hub plugged in somewhere the cat frequents!) 

If your Tracker shows 'last connected' as more than 24h ago and your cat has been in frequent contact with the Hub since then, drop us a note on the contact form and we'll take a look behind the scenes for you.
