The Moggie Tracker checks in with the Hub every 20 minutes.

If your cat is within range of the Hub when this happens, the Tracker will connect and sync the latest activity data to the app.

What happens if my cat moves away during syncing?

If your cat moves out of range while a sync is happening, the data transfer may be incomplete.

Don’t worry - the Tracker stores the remaining data and will continue syncing the next time your cat comes back within range of the Hub.

This means your cat’s activity data is not lost — it will simply upload the next time a connection is made.

Tips to help data sync regularly

For the most consistent syncing, we recommend:

• Placing the Hub somewhere your cat frequently spends time e.g. where they eat or sleep
• Leaving the Hub plugged in and connected to Wi-Fi
• Choosing a location with good Wi-Fi signal

If your cat spends time outdoors or in other areas of the house, syncing may happen when they return near the Hub.
