You can use any cat-specific collar, though we would recommend a soft material such as cotton or nylon, and always with a breakaway clasp. Some materials are more prone to attracting cat fur (e.g. velour) so consider this when your choice. The Tracker is attached using a hook & loop strap, designed to fit cat-specific collars. Bells, ID tags, bows, or other accessories will tend to sit on the side of the collar once the Tracker is in place.
