What if I can't get my hook & loop strap to stick?Updated 2 months ago

Your Activity Tracker & Hub set comes with a spare strap, just in case. The straps can be used for a long time, though of course it sometimes depends what your cat does with it! 

Here are our top tips for best use: 

• Try to remove it as little as possible - the Tracker only needs charging around once every 4 weeks, so while it is off, check the strap for wear and tear. 
  
  
• If it is dirty, it can be rinsed with water, and you can use a soft toothbrush on both sides to dislodge dirt or cat hair. 
  
  
• It might get discoloured over time, particularly if your cat is hairless, due to the skin oils in the neck. This is totally normal!
  
  
• To make sure you get the best grip possible, try wiggling the strap side to side as you press it closed, so that more hooks will find more loops.
