What if I can't get my devices working?Updated 2 months ago
If you're having difficulties connecting, please double-check the following:
- You're using the provided USB-C cable and your Hub is plugged into the mains and has power
- You have the right wifi password, and it's a 2.4Ghz network
- Your phone's bluetooth is on and you're on the same wifi you're trying to connect to
- If you're adding another Tracker or Hub, follow the setup steps in the menu under "Manage devices" - you may need to refresh the bluetooth or wifi pages if your devices/networks don't appear first time
- If you have used this Tracker before for another cat, make sure you have deleted it from their profile first
- If you have used this Hub before, make sure to reset it by pressing and holding the button on the side until the light turns off then fast flashes, to reactivate the search for networks. Follow the setup steps in the menu under "Manage devices".
