How do I reset my Tracker?Updated 3 hours ago
If you are using firmware 1.2.8 (Tracker) with Hub versions 1.1.12 (ESP) & 1.1.5 (NRF) or higher*, you will be able to manually reset your Tracker to reconnect with the Hub. (*Unfortunately this function was not available in previous versions, please contact us for support if your Tracker won't connect using a previous version.)
All you need to do is:
- Using the original bi-fork cable, ensure the Hub is plugged in and showing a solid white light
- Plug the Tracker in and out 5 times quickly, leaving it plugged in
- You should notice the light flash, fade, and then come back on with a slow breathing light to indicate reconnection.
