Yes. The Moggie Tracker uses Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), which is designed to use very little power.

All wireless devices give off small amounts of electromagnetic radiation, but BLE operates at very low levels — usually around 10 milliwatts. That’s much lower than a mobile phone, which can use up to 2,000 milliwatts.

Research has found no clear evidence that Bluetooth at these low levels is harmful to pets. BLE also stays well below safety limits set by regulators.
