How to connect the Tracker when it says 'Bluetooth is not enabled'?Updated 2 hours ago

If you get the error message 'Bluetooth is not enabled. Please enable it to scan for devices', you will need to go to your phone app settings and allow the Moggie app to access Bluetooth. 

For Android phones, go to Settings > Apps > Moggie > Permissions > Bluetooth, then toggle the permission to Allow. 

For Apple phones, go to Settings > Apps > Moggie, then toggle Bluetooth to the right. 

You can then follow the onboarding steps and the Bluetooth will identify the Tracker and allow you to continue.
